Who can apply?

• Youth ages 14–18 enrolled in NYC high schools (public, charter, private, or GED programs).

• Commitment to attend weekly sessions and complete a capstone.

• Interest in leadership, life skills, and upward mobility (no GPA minimum).

How to apply (2 steps)

• Online Application (10–12 minutes)

• Student info + guardian contact

• Program interest areas (Mentorship, Financial Literacy, Career Readiness, Elite Sports & Culture)

• Short answers (150–200 words each):

  • “What change are you hoping to see in yourself this year?”

  • “Tell us about a challenge you overcame.”

  • “Which pathway interests you most and why?”

Optional: recommendation (teacher/coach/mentor) or upload of work sample (resume, project, art, etc.)

Selection Interview (15 minutes)

• Virtual or in-person; student + guardian welcome.
